Monitor - Auth Flow

A page created for our clients to see where drop-off is occurring in their SME auth flow.

It has sections based on the data the client is collecting, each section shows how many users complete the integration auth, how many users skipped and if their was files uploaded rater than creating a connection between Codat & their accounting, commerce or banking platform.

We also show the auth funnel and where users dropped off, along with a line graph showing conversion over time.

Companies - Connection management in Portal

This flow is used for our clients to manage companies and connections inside the portal.

A 'company' is a SME that has connected their data using Link/Auth Flow, to Codat for our client to be able to view that data.

These connections made with their financial data platforms such as Xero, Quickbooks, Shopify & their bank need to be managed as they can be disabled, unlinked or have an error. Our clients may need to send our a new Auth flow to their companies/SMEs to relink their data or, need to view the error so they can fix the issue, and this flow allows them to do so.
